Step 1
You must completely disconnect from FirstClass BEFORE installing the new Client.
FirstClass should not be running and there should be no FirstClass icon appearing in your System Tray (the bottom right-hand corner of your screen).

To download the Windows version Click Here

Select Run or Download to a temporary location (your desktop for example) and double-click to run. Follow the prompts and select all the defaults.
Step 2 This step is for new installations ONLY (not upgrades)!!!
Once the installation is complete, click here
When the login screen appears, simply enter your user ID and password and click login.
